The exhibition provides a great overview on the variety of two-wheelers designed for sports, transport, showing off... everything! Some 18 million bicycles in the Netherlands make it worth checking out this gallery of Dutch design on wheels.

This catches my eye - maybe it's something to do with living in a bike friendly city with a 5 month old daughter - planning our future travel methods.
Well we have moved house and now live in the bike friendly city of Chicago. It's going to take a little time to settle in and get back into the swing of things so bare with me, as I find Chicago's interesting bike tidbits I will share them here.
Also I handed over over a completed painting just before moving from NYC.
'McEwen' Acrylic on canvas This painting of McEwen was a commission with the subject cyclist chosen by the buyer and we discussed the best way of portraying Robbie's character. My aim was to capture the ego, confidence and Aussie cheek of this great cycling personality.
