www.yehudamoon.com

www.yehudamoon.com, originally uploaded by stevedennis.

Brilliant series of comics about Yehuda Moon here.
Yehuda Moon lives on his bicycle, works at the Kickstand Cyclery, and dreams of a day when everyone does likewise.
Follow his daily adventures as he never misses a single day's commute and endeavors to keep the spirit of cycling alive. He reminds me of the fantastic CTC members back in the UK, wool jerseys, mudguards and maps and in love with riding.

I found Yehuda Moon on Treadly and Me - a great cycling blog out of Australia.

NYC City Racks Design Contest

Make NYC a better place to store your bike.
If you can survive the potholes, crazed drivers and ticket hungry cops your prized bike will be safely stored for you to run the gauntlet on the way home!

But if we all enter this then the city will know just how many of us there are and how many of us want NYC to be a cycling friendly city instead of the concrete jungle it is now.

I wonder just how many designs will represent apples in bent steel?

Let the Competition Begin!

Century RC Complete

Century RC - 30" x 24" - Oils on canvas.

You may remember I started this some time ago.

It's a bit of an experiment with oils, began as a black and white 'drawing' and grew into this.

I like it and hope to try a few more working in this style and media - but 'oil paint' is out of bounds whilst my studio is in the same house as my infant - just a little to toxic for her skin right now!

Sometimes everything stops..

'Molly Elizabeth Dennis' was born at home on Saturday morning.

Time is standing still.

She is beautiful and she and Mum are doing great.
Dad is dazed.

Here she is showing her support for the UK Track Squad during the World Championships.
